We have worked with Carfest for over 10 years now, supplying a variety of Saddlespans, Duospans, Matrix Marquees and Terra Tech flooring and our Mobile Stage for this fantastic four-day festival.

The Carfest team faces the monumental challenge of organising a large-scale event, so our one-stop-shop service streamlines their process, reducing their workload. Our crew deliver and build five truckloads of marquees and flooring for this event over several days and have formed a great working relationship with the Carfest team.

Here you can see a Duospan used by Cinch cars as their sponsorship tent, a Saddlespan S5000 being used as a Chef Demo stage (one of many Saddlespans used around the site) and a Hexagon Matrix Marquee set up for wine tasting sessions. Our range of versatile structures makes us a great partner for Carfest to work with.

Our Saddlespan 4-Y configuration was the perfect solution for this prestigious event. H-Power Group needed an impressive structure to host and entertain their VIP guests during and after the horse racing.

With a focus on creating a premium experience, the structure provided clear sitelines for their screens and plenty of space for dining and entertainment.

Time was a critical factor, as access to the site was limited. So, this huge and impressive structure was built by our fabulous crew in one day, ready for the client to move in and furnish, light and prepare for the big event.
