We are based in Cambridge and supply all over the UK and in Europe.

Site Visits and Setup

Do you offer site visits?

Yes, we do. Once you have received your initial quote, we can plan a site visit if it is necessary. Depending on the location and the time of year, we might ask that you send some images of the space and, if we are concerned, we can arrange to come and measure up.

Is the ground at my venue suitable for these marquees?

Our structures can be installed on grass or hard surfaces such as concrete or tarmac. On a grass surface with no risk to underground services, they are secured using standard ground anchors. On a hard surface, they would be secured using water or concrete weights which won’t damage the ground.

Customisation and Features

Can the structures be branded?

Yes. There are several impactful options to really make your brand stand out. Please ask us for ideas and suggestions. We can work with the printing company on your behalf to supply and fit the branding.

Can we hang lighting and PA on the Saddlespans?

Yes, you can clamp directly to the trussing using soft clamps. There are weight limits which we will advise you of in advance.

Can the Mobile Stage roof be loaded prior to lifting?

Yes, PA and lighting can be fixed to the roof trussing prior to lifting which avoids the need for working at height.

Are the structures modular?

Yes, both the Saddlespan and Matrix Marquee ranges are modular, meaning they can be joined to create larger and more interesting spaces to suit your event. Side and end walls are optional, providing even more flexibility on the final design.

Are the structures clear-span?

Yes, there are no poles or guy lines to obstruct the sight lines through the structures.

Logistics and Timing

How long is the setup and take-down process?

Please allow 4–5 hours to install a Saddlespan, with extra time required for a multi-span installation. The Matrix Marquees are also quick to build, and our experienced crew can build several in one day. The Mobile Stage is a super quick installation, completed in just 2 hours. Perfect for time-sensitive sites and one-day events.

When will the structures be delivered and installed?

This is flexible but generally, we install a few days prior to the live event and remove a day or two afterwards. A hire period covers one week/weekend, and we work with our clients to find the most suitable installation and removal dates.

Practical Considerations

Do you provide insurance for the structures?

We can arrange ‘Hired in Equipment Insurance’ to cover our structures, but this may already be covered by your event insurance policy. We recommend checking with your insurer to ensure adequate coverage for your event and hired-in equipment.

Are the structures weatherproof?

Yes, our marquees and Saddlespans are designed to withstand various weather conditions, including wind and rain. We’ll provide specific guidance based on your event location and season.

What access is needed for installation?

We require sufficient access for large vehicles to deliver and install the structures. If access is restricted, please let us know in advance so we can plan accordingly.

Booking and Payment

How far should I book in advance?

We recommend booking as early as possible to secure availability, especially during peak seasons. Contact us to check dates and discuss your event timeline.

What are the payment terms?

Our payment terms include a deposit to secure your booking, with the balance due before the event. Full details will be provided in your quote.
